The following four forms are required to complete the application process. These forms are google forms and require a sign in to complete. Please be advised as well that the forms may have additional file or information requirements and it may be best to gather those materials and that information prior to beginning the form.

STUDENT HEALTH INFORMATION (This form requires an upload of a digital copy of your medical insurance card, as well as medical history information.)

If attending from outside the U.S., please contact us immediately for a letter of invitation which you will need to present to Embassy and Immigration officials.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by The Roberto Ocasio Foundation due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances or due to unmet minimum total Camp enrollment by May 15 deadline:  Full refund of total paid tuition.
  • Cancellation in writing by enrolled student before May 30:  Refund of total paid tuition less $50 fee.
  • Cancellation in writing by enrolled student after May 30:   50% refund of total paid tuition.
  • Cancellation of attendance due to student dismissal from Camp:  No refund.

If total tuition due from a student enrolled under the time-payment or sponsorship plan is unpaid by deadline dates (including commitment money pledged by a student donor or sponsor), student enrollment will be cancelled and refund of paid tuition will be less $50 fee and any preliminary contract and vendor-reservation costs already paid by TROF on behalf of student. If previous years’ tuitions have not been fully
paid, enrollment will not be approved for 2017.
